We are Australian based and proudly people first. We do not believe real protection comes from tools alone. It comes from listening, understanding context and taking responsibility for helping people feel safe and supported.
Our work focuses on protecting not for profits and seniors, because these communities are disproportionately targeted by scams and often left without clear or compassionate support when something goes wrong.

Our team brings together experience across cyber security, IT, risk, investigation legal and support workers.
Many of us volunteer with community organisations, support older family members, or work closely with not for profit leaders. We see the real world impact of scams every day, not just the technical symptoms.
This lived experience shapes how we work. We take the time to understand people, not just systems.

It started with a conversation. A group of cyber security experts, IT professionals, and community-minded people — all from different industries — came together with one shared concern: scammers were preying on not-for-profits, and no one was doing enough to stop them.
Over dinners, late-night calls, and countless brainstorming sessions, one thing became clear: not-for-profits and our seniors needed a better way to fight back. That’s when Red Flagg™ was born.
Red Flagg™ exists because too many people, especially seniors, were being left to deal with scams on their own.
Scams are becoming more convincing and more personal. When something goes wrong, the impact is often more than financial. It can affect confidence, independence and a person’s willingness to stay engaged online.
Too often, people are told what they should have done, rather than being helped to recover.
We believed there had to be a better way.
Red Flagg™ was created to provide calm, respectful support when people need it most. We work with seniors because dignity, confidence and independence matter. We work with not for profits because every dollar, every relationship and every hour of effort matters.
Our approach is simple feel safe using digital services, and when something goes wrong, they should know who to turn to.
That is why we combine human led support, practical technology and forensic capability. We help people understand what has happened, reduce further risk and guide next steps with banks, families or authorities.
This work is personal to us. Many of us support older family members, volunteer in community organisations or work alongside those affected by scams.
