With people and awareness at our core, Red Flagg™ was created to help push back against the tsunami of scams, online threats, and digital confusion affecting seniors, small businesses, and not for profits.
After more than thirty years working across IT, leadership, and governance, one thing became clear to me. The people who often need support the most are too often the ones left without it, or can't afford it.
That never sat right with me.
That is why Red Flagg™ exists. To make support more human, more practical, and more accessible for the people who support our community.

Red Flagg™ started with a simple observation — scams were getting more convincing, the people being targeted had nowhere real to turn, and the cyber industry kept answering with more technology.
So we built something different. A team that picks up the phone. A team that writes in plain English. A team that treats an older Australian worried about a strange text the same way it treats a not-for-profit board chair, an SMB owner, or a residential village manager — with care, respect, and honesty.

Why you won't find names of our directors or staff on this website.
Publicly, our analysts and directors are referenced by role and level — not names. The cyber industry is a target-rich environment. When attackers know the individual names, photos, and contact details of a security team, they can craft far more convincing social engineering attacks against that team's customers.
So we apply the same principle to our own team that we teach you: reduce unnecessary exposure.
- No analyst names on the public website. Our team is referenced by level — L1, L2, L3 — because that's the information you need to know who does what.
- No director names on the public website. Our board is referenced by portfolio — Chair, Finance, NFP Governance, Cyber Risk, Technology Risk, Commercial.
- Once you're a customer, this changes. Every monthly report carries your analyst's name and photo. You can speak to any director by name during onboarding or renewal.
