Six directors. Named in full.
Six people who have all watched this happen to someone - a parent, a friend, a colleague caught out by a scam that should never have worked. That is why they are here. They want to push back.

Darryl Pickering
Founder & Managing Director
With people and awareness at our core, Red Flagg™ was created to help push back against the growing wave of scams, online threats and digital confusion affecting seniors, small businesses and not for profits.
After more than thirty years working across IT, leadership and governance, one thing became clear to me.
The people and organisations that often need support the most are too often the ones left without it - or simply cannot afford traditional cyber security services.
That never sat right with me.
So we built Red Flagg™ differently. A team you can call. People who explain things clearly. Practical support when something feels wrong, and protection designed around the people using it.
Backed By Experience
Red Flagg Pty Ltd is governed by a Board of Directors with responsibility across strategy, finance, technology, risk, community impact, commercial growth and senior lived experience. We publish our directors because customers should be able to see who ultimately stands behind the work.

AI runs scams now. A Cyber Analyst still has to stop them.
Care Over Complexity
Cyber security should be something you understand - not something done to you.
People first
Technology matters. But people remain at the centre of almost every scam, phishing attempt and cyber incident. That is why awareness, support and human judgement sit at the heart of what we do.
Plain English
If a sentence needs a glossary, it is not finished yet.Our reports, emails, training and advice are designed so the person reading them knows what happened, what it means and what to do next.
Prevention first
We would rather stop a scam at the front door than help clean it up afterwards. Training, awareness, reporting culture and practical controls all work together to reduce risk before something goes wrong.
Human judgement
AI helps our analysts move faster, identify patterns and investigate more efficiently. But it does not make the final call.

Darryl and the team at Red Flagg have been so helpful and I wanted to say thank you. In today's world it's so easy to second-guess whether an email is genuine or a scam, and having someone I can trust to check things for me has been invaluable. It's rare to find great customer service these days. I genuinely appreciate everything Red Flagg have done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting help to stay safe online. Five stars from me!

Visible Governance. Sensible Security.
Our directors are named publicly because governance should be visible. Our Cyber Analysts are treated differently.
Publishing analyst names, photographs and contact details creates unnecessary information that can be used in targeted phishing and impersonation attacks. So we apply the same principle to ourselves that we recommend to customers: reduce unnecessary exposure.
- Our analysts are publicly identified by level and responsibility.
- Once you become a customer, you know who is looking after you. Customer reports identify the Cyber Analyst responsible for your service.
- Prospective customers can request analyst details privately - credentials, qualifications, LinkedIn profiles or references, before engaging with us.
