At the exact minute your session starts, we email you a link. Keep an eye out for it - and check your junk folder if it has not landed within a minute or two.

Your analyst is already waiting. From there it is a conversation - every finding, one at a time, in words that make sense. Ask anything. That is what the hour is for.
You will know who is coming
Your analyst is named, and you get that name before the day. Check it matches the person who introduces themselves. If it does not, end the session and tell us. A genuine analyst will never mind being checked - that is rather the point of us.
Your written report, next business day
Everything found, everything fixed, and anything left for later - written down so you have it. No jargon, no control numbers.

Safety is the whole point of us
We will never cold call you. We will never ask for your passwords. Not ever, by anyone, for any reason. If someone rings claiming to be Red Flagg™ and wants into your computer, it is not us.
Clicking a link in an email to open a remote session is exactly what a scammer would ask of you. So here is what separates us from them. Our link only ever arrives at the time of an appointment you booked and paid for yourself, and the analyst who appears will be the one we named to you. Never at any other moment, never anyone else.
If a password is needed at any point in the hour, you type it and your analyst looks away. We do not want it, and we never record it.
